[Initial]
Minimally invasive tooth root canal with failed root canal and infected apical process

[Implant Placement]
Implant installation with conventional drilling, increasing 3mm in the apical part of the socket to achieve greater primary stability.

0007
Minimally invasive extraction with dental implant placement IS-II Active 3.5X11.5mm. Insertion torque was 35N/cm and IST 80.

0008
Verify the emergency profile of our rehabilitation. Intraoperatively selecting the ideal prosthetic abutment.

0010
We decided to place an APRF + Choukroun Protocol clot in the vestibular GAP, because we had a gap of less than 2mm. Observing the evolution at 21 days post-operative.

0011
After 45 days we corroborate the collagen fiber collar and the ideal deepening of our future emergency profile.

0012
We install the abutment previously selected in the surgery, corroborating the increase in stability in 82 IST.

0014
Controls and verification of insertion of the interdental papilla with passive settlement of our rehabilitation.

Follow-up

0016
The importance of the combination from the beginning of a non-invasive surgical procedure and prosthetic rehabilitation are key to the development of these cases. In those who have an apical pathology present and show closeness to the mental nerve. We decided to apply deferred loading protocol, with early resolution at two months.
