##### 12 SCRP on Neobiotech Implant #####

Patient came to my office because his tooth number 12 was fallen out due to try to play skateboard with his sons.

He didn't have systemic disease and medical allergies but there is history of receiving the periodontal treatment.

I cleaned the socket and prepared to making the immediate implant placement but it failed because lack of primary retention and labial bone plate then I did the bone graft

After waiting for the wound healing , Patient came for taking the treatment record again.

Neobiotech Implant D4.0 L10.0 was planned to use in this case with 4 mm. depth from gingival margin. The surgical guide was printed by 3D printer then I put the green sleeve into the surgical guide.

3 months after the surgery was done, I prepared the gingiva and designed the SCRP on this implant.

This case, I used Ti-base abutment and maked the zirconia coping. The Ti-base abutment will be under the bone level for hiding the metal color. The E-max crown will be used to cover the coping again.
