🌤️🌤️🌤️ 46 Implant placement 🌤️🌤️🌤️

There were tooth decay under old restoration and apical lesion of tooth number 46. The tooth was removed and wait for 3 months then the treatment record was performed.

The surgical procedures was done with surgical guide. The healing abutment was use for 1 stage approach technique then we waited for 3 moths again.

Finally, The prosthesis parts were build up with Ti-base and zirconia crown.
