The patient is 50 years old is a female with fractured tooth without infection, her treatment was a mimally extration and soft tissue management and inmediate dental impant with esthetic provisional crown.

-Initial condition

- Fractured tooth

- fractured tooth extraction (macrophotography)

- Tuberosity tissue graft

- Anycheck >80 ISQ

- Torque > 45Nm
