Patient came to my office because of unconfident smile. He lost many teeth and he had the defect of dental restorations.

The data was record and I made the treatment options and treatment plans for him.

First, I managed the space and alignment of the tooth with clear aligner (invisalign). After that, another treatment record was performed for making the restorations and implant plan.

There was edentulous area on tooth number 15 14 13 22 and 36. The retained root of the tooth number 21 was removed. We planed to make the implant on that area, changing the crown of 11 and doing the ceramic veneer on 12 23 24.

The surgical procedure was performed with surgical guide. On area 21 and 22, The implants were placed with GBR.

The orthodontic adjustment was made in the waiting period for osteointegration. After waiting 4 months for osteointegration, The prosthesis phase was done.
