This 60 years old lady came to clinic requesting something “fixed” to replace her loose upper denture and missing lower posterior teeth.

Bilateral sinus bone augmentation were performed at upper left and right posterior maxillary region, followed by placement of a total of 8 dental implants.

Placement of a total of 4 dental implants on the lower right and left posterior region.

Due to a very thin host bone at the both upper left & right posterior region, hence the whole treatment was left more than 8 months prior to restorations.

First visit: Impression taking, with MMR

Second visit: Completion of lower left and right screw retained dental bridges. Framework try in for upper full mouth. New bite established.

Third visit: Completion of upper fixed bridge. 3 pieces of dental bridges supported by 8 dental implants.
