Upper & Lower Full Mouth Dental Implants Rehabilitations :
Upper Arch: 3 On 8
- 3 dental bridges supported by 8 dental implants, with bilateral sinus bone augmentation.
Lower Arch:
- 3 dental implants supporting 4 units dental bridge on both the lower left and right posterior region.
Procedures:
1. Placement of a total of 14 dental implants with bilateral sinus bone augmentation in just a single visit. The whole procedure took around 3 hours.
2. 6 months post surgery:
- Uncovering of all dental implants with healing abutments placed.
3. 3 weeks post healing abutments placement:
- Impresions for upper and lower arch taken.
- Close tray technique
- MMR with wax rim taken. Established the correct relationship between upper and lower jaw.
4. Completion of lower arch & try in upper:
- 2 screw retained dental bridges were fitted onto 6 lower left and right dental implants.
- Try in upper metal framework
- Established the correct bite and smile line
5. Completion of the upper arch
- 3 screw retained dental bridges were mounted onto a total of 8 dental implants
