Pre-operative Observation




A 44 year old male patient came in with tooth fracture of #22.

The flap was designed according to the size of the buccal plate defect that was caused by periapical cyst and planned to be grafted with a bone substitute.


4.0*10mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #22. Vertical level of the implant was 4mm below the gingival margin (zenith) of #12.

The buccal plate defect was filled with autogenous and allogenic bone.

Resorbable collagen membrane was placed over the graft.

The implant was completely submerged.
