Esthetic restoration to soft tissue defects in the anterior maxilla

This case present a guided bone regeneration for horizontal and vertical augmentation with implants placement. Soft tissue graft was placed in the canine socket and PRGF clot in the lateral socket prior to implant placement in the anterior maxilla.



Patient information

26 years old, who received orthodontic treatment, where the ortho try to move the canine from the palatal, as you see, that was not possible, the canine and the lateral has a great mobility.
