Existing implant prosthesis removal

A broad bone loss occurred including inflammatory granulation tissue caused by peri-implantitis

i-Brush

i-Brush was used for the granulation tissue removal and cleaning the contaminated implant surface.

Removed granulation tissue and each contaminated implant thread was cleansed with a i-Brush

Auto graft bone was harvested by using the ACM drill

Combination of auto graft bone and xeno graft bone

Bone graft

Suture was performed.
