“Immediate full arch rehabilitation” : with Neobiotech implant system

Introduction
This case presents insertion of immediate same day implant supported fixed prosthesis which involves full mouth extraction, placement of 4 maxillary and 4 mandibular implants without any grafting and loading of these implants with provisional fixed hybrid prosthesis which is converted from immediate complete dentures. All these is done in a single appointment.
Pre-operative Observation
78 y.o. male with no medical significant medical history presents with ill-fitting upper and lower partial denture. He does also have active chronic periodontal disease. His chief complaint is that “ I want to have fixed teeth so that I can eat and feel great.”

CT scan shows sinus enlargement and limited bone volume

Extraction and immediate placement of Neobiotech 4.3 x 13 mm IS-II active implan

Minimum torque of 35 n/cm required

4 implants placed in each arch with over 50 n/cm (excellent stability)

Placement of multi-unit angled abutments

Healing caps placed for tissue healing
