Situation
Patient Information
Patient: 57 years old female
Medical status: healthy
Dental history: - total tooth-loss in the upper jaw due to several reasons.
- chronic Periodontitis history - treated and well controlled in a lower jaw.
Chief complaint: "I cannot eat with my partial dentures."
Diagnosis - Severe atrophy of the upper jaw - Bone loss in the sinus areas - Extremely thin bone in the sinus regions
Treatment planning - Implantation with IS ll active implants - Simultaneous one stage sinus graft with the SLA Kit and MP3 heterologous collagenated bone materials - One-piece SCRP full zirconia bridge on SCRP abutments.
