Patient has bone height about 2-3 mm at 26 area before implantation so I planned for 2-stage lateral sinus lift procedure with implant placement delayed by 6 months. Lateral sinus approach with Neobiotech sinus all kit, bone fill and collagen membrane covering.

25 edentulous tooth 25 IS III active neobiotech implant with internal sinus floor elevation with SCA kit without bone fill.

22 edentulous tooth with 3-4mm in labiopalatal width I used the ridge wider kit for 22 ridge splitting, implantation 3.5x10 mm Neobiotech implant , There is labial cortical bone covering implant at coronal area, GBR at labial surface.

35 - 36 Neobiotech implants placement and bone grafting with sticky bone & platelet - rich fibrin (PRF) membrane.

Patient had 63 Prolonged retention of deciduous tooth with root resorption. 53 had been extracted. 12, 22 Missing teeth have permanent canine teeth in area of 12, 22. Patient had acrylic partial denture while she was waiting for crowns on implants.

Drill to 5 mm, internal sinus lift with SCA kit, fill bone graft material, and implantation with IS III active Neobiotech implant size 5.0x8.5mm. 26 periapical film on the day of surgery
